Featured Timepieces – A. Lange & Söhne Zeitwerk Collection

A. Lange & Söhne Zeitwerk Collection

The ZEITWERK is A. Lange & Söhne’s very first mechanical wristwatch with a digital time display format.

Zeitwerk Striking Time

Hours and minutes are indicated with jumping numerals that always deliver a precise reading. The dominant feature of the watch is the time bridge, which, as part of the movement, penetrates the dial and simultaneously constitutes the frame for all time indications.

The ZEITWERK STRIKING TIME is the world’s first mechanical wristwatch with a jumping numerals display and a visible chiming mechanism. The full hour is indicated with a reverberant low-pitched tone, each quarter-hour with a clear high-pitched tone.
