Over the last couple of weeks more and more is being written about the rebirth of luxury spending. You cannot talk about luxury in Boston without talking about Shreve, Crump & Low. David Walker, chief executive of Shreve, Crump & Low in the Back Bay, last week opened his first jewelry store in Nantucket, where he is adding 10 employees. Calling All Ducklings
